Porn Star Tabs – Sildenafil 100mg / Dapoxetine 60mg
Porn Star Tabs combine two compounds that address the two most common male sexual complaints in a single film-coated tablet: sildenafil citrate 100mg for erectile function and dapoxetine hydrochloride 60mg for ejaculatory control. Manufactured by Naturon Healthcare Ltd, Mumbai, and supplied as a blister of 10 tablets.
Sildenafil is the active ingredient in Viagra; dapoxetine is the active ingredient in Priligy, the only SSRI licensed specifically for premature ejaculation. The combination is aimed at users who want both effects from one tablet rather than stacking two products.

Mechanism of Action
Sildenafil citrate – PDE5 inhibitor:

Dosage

Food and alcohol: a heavy or high-fat meal delays sildenafil absorption and blunts the effect – take on a relatively empty stomach. Alcohol worsens erectile response and substantially increases the risk of dizziness, orthostatic hypotension and fainting with dapoxetine. Keep intake minimal or avoid it.
Side Effects
From sildenafil:
- Headache, facial flushing, nasal congestion, indigestion
- Visual disturbance – blue tinge to vision, light sensitivity
- Back pain, dizziness
- Seek immediate medical attention for an erection lasting more than 4 hours (priapism) or for sudden vision or hearing loss
From dapoxetine:
- Nausea, dizziness, headache, diarrhoea, insomnia
- Orthostatic hypotension and syncope – the most clinically important effect. Stand up slowly; if you feel faint, lie down with legs raised
- Anxiety, agitation, mood change; rarely, suicidal ideation has been reported with SSRIs
Both compounds lower blood pressure, so the combined hypotensive effect is greater than either alone. This is the main reason to test tolerance before combining with alcohol or nitrates of any kind.
Contraindications – read before use
- Nitrates in any form (GTN spray, isosorbide, amyl nitrite / poppers) – absolute contraindication. The combination with sildenafil can cause fatal hypotension
- Riociguat and other guanylate cyclase stimulators
- Recent stroke, recent myocardial infarction, unstable angina, or any cardiac condition where sexual activity is inadvisable
- Severe hepatic or renal impairment
- MAO inhibitors, thioridazine, other SSRIs or SNRIs, lithium, tryptophan, St John's Wort – and a 14-day washout is required in either direction with MAOIs
- Potent CYP3A4 inhibitors including ketoconazole, itraconazole, ritonavir and clarithromycin
- History of mania, bipolar disorder, or significant depression
- History of syncope, or orthostatic hypotension
- Alpha-blockers – combined use requires medical supervision

Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from ordinary Kamagra or Viagra?
Standard sildenafil products treat erectile difficulty only. Porn Star Tabs add dapoxetine, which targets premature ejaculation – a separate problem that sildenafil does nothing for.
Can I take it every day?
No. It is an on-demand product with a maximum of one tablet in 24 hours. Dapoxetine in particular is not designed for daily dosing.
Will it work if I have no problem with erections?
