Your privacy is built into every Power Anabolics order. Every parcel ships in plain, unmarked packaging with no mention of steroids, supplements, or our shop name on the outside. Below is exactly how we protect you, from checkout to delivery.
How we package every order
- Plain outer packaging — no logos, no branded tape, no product name. Looks like any ordinary parcel from an online shop.
- Neutral sender name — the return label uses a generic name, not "Power Anabolics".
- Sealed inner wrap — products are padded and sealed so nothing rattles, moves, or is visible if the outer packaging is damaged.
- No invoice inside — your receipt is emailed, never paper-included.
- Temperature-safe — injectables are protected from heat and cold during transit.
UK next-day delivery
Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday ship the same working day via tracked courier. 95%+ of UK orders arrive the next working day. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Your data and payment privacy
- We accept Bank Transfer, Bitcoin / Crypto, and Cards via Mercuryo — the crypto route leaves no banking trail.
- Your card statement (if you pay by card) never shows the words "steroids", "anabolic" or our brand name — it shows a neutral Mercuryo descriptor.
- We never sell, share, or resell customer data. Your order history is visible only to you inside your account.
- Card numbers are processed by our PCI-DSS gateway — they never touch our server.
Frequently asked questions
Is the packaging really unmarked?
Yes. We ship in plain brown or grey outer bags/boxes with only a printed address label. There is no logo, no product name, no reference to anabolic steroids anywhere on the outside of the parcel.
Will my card statement show "Power Anabolics"?
No. Card payments processed via Mercuryo appear on your statement as a neutral payment-processor descriptor. Crypto and bank transfer payments obviously don't appear with our name either.
What if I'm not home when the courier arrives?
The courier will leave a "sorry you were out" card and attempt redelivery, or leave the parcel in a safe place / with a neighbour if you have pre-authorised that with the carrier. You can also reroute to a locker or pickup point using your tracking link.
Do you ship outside the UK?
We ship across the UK and to select international destinations. Shipping time and packaging style varies by destination — all orders are still sent in plain, unmarked outer packaging.
What happens if delivery doesn't go to plan?
Every order leaves us tracked and carefully packed. If anything seems wrong with your delivery, email orders@power-anabolic.com with your order number and we will review it case-by-case and come back to you.
Is there any paperwork inside the parcel?
No. Your order confirmation is emailed. Nothing printed goes inside the parcel that could identify the contents.
Can I request extra-discreet packaging for a specific order?
Our standard packaging is already fully discreet, but if you have a specific concern (unusual delivery address, shared mail room, etc.) just reply to your order confirmation email and we will accommodate.
